The agency needed a consistent external communications engine to reach Fortune 1000 CMOs, new business consultants, current clients, and industry decision-makers.

Strategy: Build a unified editorial system that combines email and LinkedIn newsletters. Use monthly themed takeovers tied to major campaign launches. Prioritize topics with the guiding question: “Why would this matter to a CMO?”

Execution: Owned editorial strategy, content calendar, and approvals. Collaborated with creative, strategy, media, paid media, and web teams to shape monthly content. Implemented a repeatable workflow from ideation to publishing; analyzed engagement to refine topics.

Results: 39,620 annual sends (+31.5% YoY), 51,103 LinkedIn article views (+27.8% YoY)
